What is CD and DVD Duplication?CD/DVD duplication is often
known as burning and this involves copying information from one disc to
another. The duplication equipment etches information onto a recordable
disc with a laser. This method is most effective for producing limited
quantities more than one, but fewer than a large run 1,000. The
advantage of duplication over replication is a much quicker turn around
time. What is CD and DVD Replication?Replication is where the
complete disc including the information stored on it is manufactured
from scratch by cloning the original. The process involves creating a
glass master this acts as a blueprint for the replication process, the
discs are then created as identical clones of the original. This
process can be complicated so it is only really considered only for
large runs of 1,000 plus copies. The advantages for using replication
over duplication is the lower costs per unit on large runs, however the
turnaround time increases by around 10 days. CD/DVD Labelling and PackagingOnce we have completed your
