To provide our first-class designs we like to work in partnership with our clients. This allows us to get to know your organisation personally in turn giving us an even greater understanding of what it is you want to achieve from each design.

To give you a better understanding of what happens to your project after you have written the brief please see below:

The creative design process can vary depending on the medium but they all basically follow the same rules.

1. Identify your need for an item to be designed.
2. Download the design brief form from our website and fill in all the information.
3. Call to book an appointment with your dedicated account manager.
4. Discuss the brief with your account manager.
5. From these conversations and the design brief a team of experienced staff will brainstorm ideas for your project.  This will include people in design, sales and marketing to ensure that the brief is understood from a variety of angles and that you benefit from years of experience in a number of sectors.
6. The designer will then work on a range of ideas from the meeting.
7. The ideas are then presented internally to the original brainstorming team.
8. Once all amends parties have agreed the concepts they are presented back to you by the account manager.
   

From this point your ideas are amended with your feedback and then finalised.
